Hmmmm...not as good

After a busy day I ended up at the grocery store hungrier than a horse. Shopping when you want to eat everything in site is never wise, ended up buying some yummy but not-so-good-for-you egg rolls but did decide boerekol (poss s/p, sorry M&D) was on the menu for dinner. Now I've never actually made boerekol, eaten it tons but how hard can it be to mix potatoes and kale...apparently a little tougher than I thought as it turned out OK but definitely not as good as Dad's. So Dad, what are you doing next Sunday? Hope y'all had a good day.
