A day in the life...

Nothing fancy, just a smattering of my thoughts and adventures here in the last frontier.

Getting nearer and nearer to the hill...

30 years ago my parents were blessed with the arrival of 2 bundles of joy. Weren't they lucky, I think so! I'm not sure what they would have done without us . Possibly a few less white hairs but the life experiences we gave them were priceless...we're very considerate children.

It was a seemless transition that move from the 20's into the 30's and I've heard from good authority that the 30's are the new 20's so it's going to be a good decade. I can feel it in my bones and let me tell you we've been having lots of conversations lately. They like to get the last word in and they nag, a lot. After running a 5k saturday morning with my friend Tamsin, I was whisked away for a delightful birthday weekend surprise. I spent the weekend hanging out at a chalet, chilling out with my girlfriends, relaxing in the hot tub and being pampered, it was delightful.
